Terms of Sale
By making purchases on this page, the Customer confirms their agreement to the following terms and conditions:
Terms of Sale
The sale takes place when the Customer has confirmed their order via the website. Based on the Customer’s order, an order confirmation will be issued to the Customer’s e-mail address, which describes the ordered goods, the approximate delivery date, and other important terms and conditions. If they agree to these, the Customer pays by bank transfer based on the order confirmation, which is considered to be the conclusion of the purchase and sale transaction. The goods will be shipped together with the invoice after the sales amount has been received on the Seller’s account. An unpaid order will be canceled after 5 working days, unless the Customer expresses a wish to pay for the order later. Goods will not be shipped based on an unpaid order confirmation. The prices presented on www.riit.ee products are valid only when purchased from the aforementioned website. Other websites and stores have the right to sell products at different prices. Product images on the website have an illustrative meaning and may differ from the actual product. Instructions for use are available on the website for products, which may not be exhaustive.
If the goods are out of stock
If the goods are out of stock and the Customer pays for the order confirmation, in which the delivery time indicated is longer than 30 calendar days, the Customer has the right to cancel their order. When canceling the order, the Seller will return the money to the Customer free of charge.
Transport
All orders are sent by courier or post. As a rule, the goods are delivered to the Customer or to the Estonian Post office at the customer’s location within 3 working days after the money is received on the Seller’s account.
Returning the product
Purchased products can only be returned if the wrong or defective product has been sent. If the wrong product is returned, it must be in the same condition and in the same packaging as it was sent. In the case of a defective product, the product must still have the serial number (if it was originally there). The Customer bears all costs related to sending and returning the product.
